About this Web Site

This site is built using Microsoft Expression Web and FrontPage 2003 and will operate correctly with most version 4+ browsers and with 1024x768 display resolution or better. Display at greater resolutions will cause some of the formatting to change, with "white space appearing". This should not affect usability. If you are using a display with a smaller resolution, e.g. 800x600, you will need to scroll horizontally to see all of the page.
