Use of Information

Members of the Leisure Owners Association agree to:

Permit any information that you provide the to the Association, as part of the membership application process, to be held and managed by the Association on the Wild Apricot Internet based management system, details of which may be found at www.wildapricot.com.
Use Association facilities, including the web site and discussion forum, with due regard to the interests of others, including the avoidance of offensive language or disclosure of information that might reasonably regarded as being of a private or confidential nature.
Not permit Association facilities to be used for any unlawful purpose.
Not disclose your membership login details to any other person, nor copy or forward ‘members only’ material obtained from the Association web site, or other source, to any non member of the Association.
Obtain the consent of your parent(s) or guardian(s) before joining the Association, if you are less than 18 years of age at the time of applying for Membership.

Conditions relating to information provided by Members

The Association shall make best efforts to ensure that any information provided by you shall be used for the purpose intended, and shall not be released to third party organisations without your express consent.
If you wish to limit the disclosure of your information to other Association Members you shall make this expressly known to the Association in writing. You can also control the amount of information about you made available on-line, by using the on-line facilities available on the Association’s web site.
The Association shall provide you, on written request, with a complete disclosure of all information held by the Association which is relevant to you.
Following resignation, or cessation of membership, information held by the Association, which is relevant to you, may be retained for a period not exceeding one calendar year, to permit the preparation and auditing of the Association’s accounts.

Use of "Cookies"

Cookies are small software files that are loaded automatically by many web sites into your PC when web pages are accessed. On the Leisure Owners Association site no use is made of cookies. We do not therefore collect any information using cookies, and do not track your usage of the Internet. About this Web Site

This site is built using Microsoft Expression Web and will operate correctly with most version 4+ browsers and with 1024x768 display resolution or better. Display at greater resolutions will cause some of the formatting to change, with "white space appearing". This should not affect usability.
